Generator Testing

Our Hi Lo card rooms use shuffle logic from suppliers who publish independent test results. The supplier name sits on every table tile, so you can see whose deck you are calling against.

Studio Feeds

Live Hi Lo comes from studio floors we work with directly. The feed carries the dealer, the deck and the card reveal in one stream, so there is no gap between what happens and what you see.

Deck Transparency

Every Hi Lo table shows the cards already dealt in the current shoe, plus the deck size and the reshuffle point. You are never calling against a deck whose shape you cannot see.

Round References

Each Hi Lo round is stamped with an ID. Quote it to support and we can trace the deck state, your call and the settlement line from our own logs on the same day.

Printed Payouts

The payout for a correct higher-or-lower call is printed on the table and does not change mid-shoe. What the tile shows is what the round settles at.

Named Suppliers

We name the studios behind our Hi Lo rooms on each tile, covering both the live card suppliers and the studios running the instant versions. If a supplier changes, the tile changes with it.
